COVID-19 UPDATE September 18, 2020

We are currently renegotiation our hotel contracts due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. If you filled out a reservation form at the 2020 show in January, OCC still has it. They will begin processing the forms once we have come to an agreement with the hotels. Until then, please sit tight as we try to get you the best possible rates we can.

1. Guaranteed Reservation – by booking through our blocks, you are 100% guaranteed a room. We have specific requirements in our contracts that protect you from a situation where you are forced to cancel your room.
2. Prime Location – Hotels on our list are either in direct proximity of the Convention Center or have direct shuttles to the Convention Center.
3. Conflict Resolution – Should you have an issue with your hotel, we have relationships with the hotels on our list. Guests that book through Passkey can reach out to us and we may be able to provide assistance with the hotel.
